I think it has been changed. it is not opening on new tab when click on it and opening on the same window. you can upin the Left navigator if you want view in a single page. I hope it helps to you
sorry, it's not clear what your issue is. Please provide more details, what you have done so far and support everything with screenshot so we can understand better your situation.
