Catalog Builder -

Hello,

we are trying to start using the catalog builder.

Right now we want to use the catalog builder on our DEV instance. 

What is the best way to push the created catalog items from the DEV instance to our PROD instance? Or should we use the catalog builder always on our PROD environment?

My advice and experience:

Get users to use it in your Test environment. Once it is deemed 'ready' ensure the ServiceNow Team tests and approves the functionality and tone, wording , look and feel etc. (for approvals see step 5: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-man...) If OK then move it to Production using the Update Sets it automatically creates.
