We recently implemented Service Graph for Solarwinds. Per our setup, it runs every morning at 7 AM but we are seeing that it is not updating the cmdb_ci_netgear table fields. We would like the ip address and the node description from the import set to update the ip address and description fields, respectively, on the Netgear table. I tried updating the 'Temp to Hardware' Transform Map but that didn't work, see attached. Our network team needs this information along with other fields to be populated in the cmdb_ci_netgear table in order for the Solarwinds information to be useful. Note, we do not have any IRE rules defined.
Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.
