Catalog form should be submitted only by a particular group

Hi,

I have a requirement where a service catalog form should be submitted only by a particular group. 

This form should only be submitted from associates on the Remote and Branch Payments Support Team. Kindly help.

Please access the user criteria module in Servicenow and create new user criteria, the select group Remote and Branch Payments Support in the user criteria.

Open the catalog item and under the related list "Available for" add the newly created user criteria. it will restrict access to only Remote and Branch Payments Support.

Hi,

Make your catalog item available for only group "Remote and Branch Payments Support Team"  from Available For section this will restrict other members to see and submit the catlog item form.

Use 'user criteria'.

You can see the User Criteria module under Catalog Definitions.
