Catalog Help !!

We have added the inactive users to the "User inquiry" OOB business rule. Although the inactive users are displayed in the variable, the end user only sees "record not found" when they click the reference icon. Additionally, the onchange script that allows non-administrators to automatically fill out additional reference fields based on user records is not functioning. Does anyone know what has to be changed in order to display the manager field and user ID?

@SandeepKSingh

You can create a client callable script include and create onChange catalog client script to call the script.
