When I am logged in as admin it is working fine
any ideas on why this user can not see it
user does not have an itil license but this never was an issue in the past
only difference is it is filtering on a custom field which should also not be a problem?

Hi @Joshua Comeau ,
Can u check whether the user with whom u r trying has access to the table from where the data is coming in to the reference field. If the user does not have access kindly grant Read access so that the data will be visible.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @Joshua Comeau ,
I would suggest to go with creation of a new Read ACL on that table as others are OOTB. If u modify that, issues will come while performing instance upgrade.
But if u want to update existing u can do it in any 1 of the 7th or 8th record from the top which names as sys_user_group. Just add the role which the user has.
Thanks,
Danish

Just noticed the acls are referencing snc_internal which the user has it does not appear to be a acl issue?
