which table we nned to create email template

Hi All,

When we open the HR case and when go to the right top in that email section is there , can you tell me in which table we will create email template

Hi @chandan31 ,

If you want to create quick message something like below snapshot then you can create it in the table "sys_email_canned_message" or go to module called Quick message there you can configure the template based on your requirement.

sys_email_client_template this is the table where we create new templates.
