can anyone please help me here .

I am facing issue in one of my catalog requirement 

This is the catalog item ' FMS'.

We have variable ' Type of request >> 7 Values 

Below is the conditon for one of Type of request .

1. Requested  For 2. Line Manager 3. Short description 4. Request Type (drop down) 5. Company Code (tick box multi-selection) 6. Function (drop down)                                     7. Action (drop down)       8. Code Type (free text)                                  9. Code (free text) 10. Description  (free text)    11. Report Description (free text)                           12. Execution Date & Time (calendar selection) 13. Business Justification (free text)                     Custom conditions a) If function is FMGRM, and action is add, then the "code type" and "report description" fields are not there, and an extra free text field called "Value Change" is under the Description field. b) If function is FMMENU, and action is add, then the "code type" and "report description" fields are not there

I have created UI Policy for this :-

1st UI Policy 

2nd UI Policy

3rd UI policy 

Issue is 

Code Type

Report Description

This 2 variables are visible when form Loading . 

what was wrong in UI Policy.

what changes i have to do in UI policy .

Please help me here

Hi,

from 2nd and 3rd UI Policy delete the code_type and report_description  from UI policy actions.

Keep only those variables which you want to show, do not add the variables which you want to hide.

2nd and 3rd UI Policy , are having other custom conditions .

we can't delete it right .

I am not saying to delete the UI policies, Just delete the UI policy actions.
