Catalog item_catalog client script is not working

Hi Team

i have created a catalog item, 

My Requirement is , once user Name is selected . email filed should be fill automatically of that persons manager 

i used the catalog client script but it is not working , pls find the attached images

Your going to need to do a script include with a glide ajax call

If you are on Utah and further version, you can use Auto-populate feature and no scripting is required

Auto-populate a variable based on a reference type variable (Utah)
