How to restore deleted widget?

Hi all,

I have deleted a widget through using Service Portal Page designer using Trash icon. Now I cannot find it in widget list. How do I restore it now?

Hi,

• Check the deleted records if the record is there.
• Or Export the widget and/or widget instance from another instance and import it in your instance.

Use the Delete Recovery module to restore a deleted record (servicenow.com)

Steps to follow:

1.System Definition > Deleted Records

2.Check for the display value containing your page name from which you have deleted the widget

3.Undelete that record

Hi there,

Since you have deleted the widget from page designer it only deletes widget instance not the widget. Widget will be there. If you can't find it using the widget filter then just try reloading the page designer window or go to Service Portal >Widgets and search for the widget. Maybe you're using the wrong name in Page designer window.
