Catalog Item not searchable on Service Portal

Hello,
I have an order guide that cannot be searched on the Service Portal. I have added category, catalog, I have not set any criteria, I made sure that Visible Elsewhere is set to true, Hide on Service Portal to false and No Search to false. I can still navigate to the category on the Service Portal and the item is there, but when searching for it on the portal using Search functionality - nothing comes up. Any ideas why?

I've just noticed something - I've added additional catalog for this item and now the item is searchable. Does anyone know where can we check which catalogs are searchable in the search box on the Portal?

HI @Dawid
Basically if you give the category and catalog for catalog item mostly that particular catalog will appear in the search box.
else you can browse via browse by categories.
