Hi Akki,
There is an OOB field under 'Maintain Items' table and the field is called - Visible Elsewhere. If this field is set to false for a catalog item record, it is likely that this record will not be visible anywhere else. Could you please set it to TRUE and confirm visibility?
For more details, you can refer to this community article - Catalog item not showing in Service Portal
Regards,
Akshay

Hi,
Please check the 'no search' field on catalog item must be false. If it is True then make it as False.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,

Hi Akki,
This could be because of various reasons, let me quote a few of them , you can check :
1. have you added the Catalog Item to a Catalog? in the Related List you can add the new catalog in the Catalogs tab.
2. There is a Field called as "Visible Everywhere", make sure that's checked .
3. There is field on catalog item called "No Search" in some cases it was set to true as a result the catalog
does not appear on search results.
4.
In the Maintain Items list (sc_cat_item.list), personalize your list view to show the "Hide on Service Portal" field. Check that it is set to false for both items.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
