I am working on a requirement, where I need to display a widget for public user's in their own language selection, at present the ask is for 3-4 languages French, Spanish, Chinese and English.
I tried Installing the Internationalization plugin and some more configuration changes which are mentioned in the below Article:

The script includes or Rest API's mentioned in the article are also not available in the current instance, may be because of the up gradations, they have been moved or compromised?
But still I am not able to achieve the requirement, Any one if you have achieved similar requirement, please suggest here
