Catalog Item Price is not Showing Correctly

There is a catalog item that has two different prices defined based on the Division. However, when users submit the form, everyone receives the same price of 20 euros. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

Hello @Vishal_Jaiswal ,

Is this your custom table or the Catalog Item Prices come from ServiceNow? 

You might want to look into any BR that run on the Server side that update the price or any client script that change the price upon submit.
