Stories not visible in Sprint Tracking

I have added stories in a sprint. When I tried to view the Agile Board, I can view stories in Sprint Planning, but I cannot see any stories in Sprint Tracking page. I checked both the owner and user have necessary roles.

Please check whether the user who owns this board is active or inactive. We had the same issue before.
