Catalog item search not working

Hi Friends,

I am not getting any results when I search for any catalog item in Service Portal. I found few articles and KB to change the condition in the script of search sources but that did not work.

Please help me if you have any idea.

Just make sure three things are there:

 

1. That the catalog item has some category mentioned inside it (and that category should be active).

2. In catalogs select Service Catalog only .

3. Add a meta tag
