Catalog Item variable values are not being populated in RITM variable editor?

Hi Team,

How to populate a values entered in catalog item variable to RITM varaible editor variables. Please refer below screenshot. Is there anything I'm missing here. All the variables are made global.

the values user enter during form submission should flow on RITM variable editor as well unless some client script or UI policy is clearing that OR any server side script is clearing that variable value.

are you sure user selected those variables while submission?

check this table "sc_item_option_mtom" for your RITM if those variables have value in it or not

If yes then some UI policy or client script is clearing when form loads
