Catalog Item variables valorization via REST API

Hi Community, 

I'm asking your support in order to open a Service Catalog Request via POST REST API with variables as input in request body.

In detail, how can I specify the required variables in a request body to order an item? For example in Service Catalog if I want to request the iPhone 13

Are you sure any OOB API exists for this?

thanks for your response. I'm not sure that OOB API exists, but for the requirement I'm free to create a little customization

If it's a record producer then you can submit it using API
