Hi Everyone,
After some development in a catalog item, while testing and creating a RITM, it does not load at all and is being cancelled with this message:
Although after reverting the development I did, same issue is happening.
How can I check what is causing the issue ?
I though of System Logs but there are so many per second in DEV environment I cannot find which ones are related to my RITM...
Thank you in advance for your support
Kr,
Sylvain

So you get this error when after you submit the new Catalog Item via the Portal?
Are you using Flow or Workflow specific to this Catalog Item?
Have you fully fleshed out whichever you are working in, with valid activities?

Hello Shane,
Thank you very much for your reply.
Yes the error happens after submitting the catalog item on service portal.
The REQ is being created, and the RITM as well (I can see it in the sc_req_item table). However it is impossible to open it.
Indeed the catalog is using a specific workflow and also flow.
Yes I removed all modifications I did, basically it was just adding 2 variables and 1 client script...
I noticed the same issue is happening in POC environment, where I did not implement the modifications above... Only thing I did in POC was adding one MRVS.
Other environments are working fine...
I checked the system logs, and there are similar as logs before the issue appeared

How are you using a Flow and Workflow?
Have you disabled any Client Scripts running on it? Sometimes Client Scripts on a Catalog Item can cause an issue on a submitted RITM.
