 In your case, the best practice is to create a script include  in which you would bring all the desired records, after that you have to call the script include function in advance qualifier, it should look something like this: new locationUtilis().selectedCountries();

Hi Yoli,
Hope you are asking for removing the country field from the list view. below is the way to do it.
you can configure list layout by right clicking on any column --> click configure & then click List Layout --> remove the country field from the list
