Ok, I have a bit of a mess that I am trying to "clean up". We have been developing new catalogs and are in the process of trying to promote them from Dev to Test. When moving one to Test, not all of the changes are showing. We went back and found some updates (in the Customer Updates table) that were not captured on the original update set. My question is how do we fix this in Dev and pull the whole catalog back up to Test?
Can we create a new Update Set, then manually move all of the updates listed in the Customer Updates table that are related to the catalog over to the new update set and then try to retrieve the new combined update set? Or will this open a new can of worms?

You can do, create a new Update Set, then manually move all of the updates listed in the Customer Updates table that are related to the catalogue over to the new update set. This is good but no idea what the reason is in case, you miss moving any changes then again there will be an issue, so either do as above or try to move via xml from dev to test.

Hi @Brett Vaughn ,
Yes, you can create a new Update Set in dev, then manually move all of the updates listed in the Customer Updates table that are related to the catalog over to the new update set and then move it to test. If it fix the issues then you can create a batch update set in Test (Old and Newly created update set) for moving changes from Test to Prod.
But make sure you are only capturing relevant configuration which were left.
If my response helped, please mark it helpful and accept the solution so that it benefits future readers.
