Catalog Task due date is not set up when created via flow designer

Hello ServiceNow Community,

 

I've built a OLA Definition on Catalog Tasks based off Breached on Due Date. This works perfectly well for tasks genreated from a Workflow as it will populate Due Date.

My issue is that Catalog Tasks that are created from Flow Designer the Due Date is NOT populated by default per KB0998480.

 

This is a big wrench for my OLA reporting and using 

 

Does anyone have experience or advice on how to have Flow Designer populate Due Date similar to Workflow is populating Due Date?
