Catalog task email notification for additional comments

I'm trying to set up a notification that triggers when an Additional Comment is added to a catalog task. The goal is to notify both the assignee (assigned to and the end user (requester) when a new comment is added. I see a catalog task notification for work notes and set up one for additional comments but no notification is firing or being sent

Please re-check the attached image it not readable.

On the same page, check the "Who will receive" tab and get to know if assignee and end-user ( requester ) both are configured for email recepient.

Are you certain this notification isn't being triggered? It's common to not actually send the email in development environments. I would check System Logs > Emails to see if there are any send-ready records there.
