catalog Variable|Radio Variable type in Catalog item

Hie Team,

In my catalog I have a variable of type:

Multiple choice: The multiple-choice variable creates radio buttons for question choices.

questions are:

Low High Moderate Verylow

so, while submitting the Catalog via service portal I am not selecting any value for the field but once the eform gets submitted and RITM gets generated in the RITMs case detail section I see the first radio button value Low is being selected by default even though at the time of submitting form it was empty.

How can we achieve it. Please help.

Can you please check the "Do Not Select the First Choice" and check it again as shown in snip below :

Reason for this the value of Dont Select First is Uncheck. Please mark it true and test again. or why you not make it mandatory so that user must select.
