Categories from Time Sheet Portal

Hi,

I have to hide some categories from Time Sheet Portal. I tried to make categories inactive from sys_choice.list but it is not hiding.

ServiceNow has specific properties that govern what appears in the Time Sheet Portal.

• ​Navigate to Time Treatment > Timecard Properties (or type sys_properties.list in the filter navigator).
• ​Look for properties starting with com.snc.time_card..
• ​Specifically, check if there is a property defining the "Allowable Categories." If your categories are hardcoded or filtered here, changing the choice list won't matter.

I have never heard of Time Treatment and it cannot be found. Any plugin installation is required or where do you have this information from?

Did you mean system properties? If so, what do you mean "allowable categories" then?
