Suddenly our knowledge articles stopped showing the information within blocks and now only shows an image of the blocks. It looks the same when you have the article checked out. For some reason some articles are working but the Article Type drop-down on the shell says "text", however that is not a true option within the dropdown. Anyone know how to get our articles to work correctly with an Article Type of HTML?
