Category and Subcategory not showing for new records

Hi All,

We have created a new category and sub category which already exists in Task table which is a parent table for the Service Request table. But the category and sub category field is not available on the form for the new records.

have you checked the view?


can you paste ur form screenshot?

Right click on ur form > form layout and check the list of views.

The view is default view itself.


is there any UI policy , client script making it not visible?
