Greetings Everyone,
I am working to setup Certificate Inventory and Management in our development instance using Certificate Authority. I have setup the Discovery Schedule and Credential to pull in my organizations certifications from Digicert. Looking through the records generated in the Unique Certificate table, the only values in the state field that have been set are "Issued" and "Revoked". Based on ServiceNow's official documentation on setting up Discovery via CA authority I believe this is expected behavior.
I am wondering if it is possible to map additional state values into the generated Digicert records during the discovery process as we have additional state values in Digicert that are not in ServiceNow out of the box. Down below is the current list of state values we have for certificates in Digicert.
Any suggestions for how to accomplish this would be much appreciated. I have already added these additional state values into the dictionary of the Unique Certificates "State" field.
