Hello Everyone,
We have setup certificate inventory management module in prtnrdev instance and we have implemented ENTRUST certificate authority (CA) certificate discovery but whenever we are discovering it we are facing error - "Certificate List is Empty - Please check Credentials and Configurations (ca_api_url, ca_api_version, include_cert_status) , Pattern name: Entrust - Certificate Management"
Setup was done based on KB article :
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-operations-management/page/product/discovery/concept/...
We checked the pattern log but found no error details , we checked the api link that mid server is using for cert discovery but still nothing. So we used the same api url or link that mid server was using and we were able to fetch the certificates in postman
Please guide us how to resolve the error

Hi @Biswaraj ,
Please create the certificate authority credentials in the Discovery Credentials table by selecting CA you are using as shown below and then try running discovery

Hi Biswaraj ,
This is a known issue . refer this KB article.
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1303406
In a nutshell you need to commit one update set to change mid server password encryption policy.
Please accept my response if it helped you.
thanks,
