Hi everyone
Can someone give me some guidance - I have installed and imported data into Certificate management module.
My question is relating to change request - OOTB is this process automated or manual and where do i find out about this i am struggling to understand when certificates are being renewed and when the change request is being raised where it is and how it is happening.

Atul: Yes, you can create a flow on certificate table, and put a trigger 2 week before cert getting expired and this will create a normal change in system.

Thanks for that but where do i find the change requests in the system and how do i know OOTB if its automated or manual as the team i am doing this for wants the change request to be a manual process for now and after being comfortable they want it to be automated

Greetings!! and sorry for delay in response.
OOTB, there are change work flow /flow give by ServiceNow. In any case you raise change, it wil get trigger and progress via flow / workflow only.
Go to Workflow studio and search with word Change.
