Hi All
Does anyone of you knows , how many percents of correct answers I need to have to pass this exam.
As far as I know for admin and implementation is 75%, but not sure how it looks like for dev certificate.

yep sure you can select the date and time as per your convenience by going through the registration process of Web assessor either on site or taking a test center.

One more question. Do you know where I can find the blue print for the System Administration exam? I tried searching the site, and working backwards from the link you have for the Application Developer one, but seem to unable to locate it.
