Change Approval Policy

Hello experts,

I have configured a change approval policy, but despite meeting the decision conditions, change tickets are not going for approval. I have attached screenshots of both my change approval policy and change approval decision. Please guide me. Thank you.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG 

I am unable to edit the out-of-the-box (OOTB) flow. Should I create a copy of it and then proceed with modifications or is there another method I can use to modify the OOTB flow?

 

Yes Mark, we cant change in OOTB , need to copy and make changes.
