Change manageemnt request and approvers

Hi everyone im new to service now, for my training i had a task to create change management for request add to it task changes and add approvers but i cant add any approver in the listtab, is it normal? or there is another way to add approvers ?

In Normal change, the approvers a get generated once you click on Request Approval button on top.
