Hello,

Users are downloading the ServcieNow mobile app from the appstore and I would like to change the apps icon, for the moment it is using the NOW logo.

I followed the following instruction but it didn't work, any thoughts?

To replace the icon:

  1. Navigate to System Properties > My Company and open the company record.
  2. Configure the form to add the Apple icon field.
  3. Upload the new icon.

Hi Sebastien,



I guess the configuration you are doing is only applicable for creating shortcut, such as a list of open incidents. You can check section '4.5 Adding ServiceNow to the Home Screen'.



Also the note says 'If a user downloads the ServiceNow app, the icon appears automatically.'.


So I don't think you can change the icon of the app.

Hi Tanaji,



Thank you for your help, but in the way it is written I don't see restriction to do it if the user downloaded directly the apps.



I will use a workaround for the moment with a procedure for users to change the apps icon
