Change model description doesn't display

Hi,

I have created a new change model with description and if I try to hover over the newly created model it will not show description intermittently while other models have no issues did anyone face similar issue?

Couple of verifications done

Model has proper description no special character 

Tooltip enable attribute is set to false by default for all models

a new change model I created shows when I create a new Change Request. See:

Highlighted in blue.  I have no idea what is meant by your last sentence. But that could be the reason.

Thank you for your response, My issue is different. If you hover mouse pointer on description of new change model created  here in interceptor screen it should show it as tooltip which is not showing up for me as of now for one model.
