Change model 'Normal' prevented state transition from Assess to Scheduled

Whenever the technical approval approves the state is not changing from Assess to Authorize/Scheduled or any other next state. I even checked Change Model for normal and it is same OOB. 

The process is working fine by Workflow only the Change flow is not going forward. What to do?

@SD_Akshay  You already have CAB Required field in OOB. Why have you created a new one?

When you are getting this error? when you trying to move the state manually or when change get approved and your approver get this message.

Look like there is some BR / script blocking it to move forward. You can check teh state transition and conditions to verify the same.

As I have multiple approvals in between Assess to Authorize state i did not added Change Approval Policy in workflow. 

About the question you have asked When i click manually approve the approvers from the Approval tab it shows like that. But the flow attached is working fine only the state transition is not happening.

Atul: Need to add mate in workflow, bcz workflow is key in change.

Atul: If state is not moving means , flow is not working as expected.
