Change Password issue in ServiceNow

Hello Everyone,

 

Users are getting this error message: "PowerShell script execution failed. Script returned status 1 using account user <service account>" when changing their Password. This is tied to up to a Password Process that is connected to our AD. I have sought help to both AD Admins and SN Hi Support but until now we can't identify what's causing the issue.

 

Service Account has full control on the AD Domain controllers and the issue only happens to some users with no similar criteria. Has anyone encountered the same issue here? Thank you!
