Hi,
I have requirements related to changing the reference list popup's view. Can I set default views which are created by me for specific table ? For example, table "A" which contains a field reference to the table that I want to set default list view will trigger the list view "ABC", table "B" will do the same logic but triggers view "ABCD".

@sieusaopolo15 In the configure list layout you need to select the "Reference List" view and add fields to it.
This will do the changes at platform level. Means that wherever the popup is opened for that table the same view will open.
Please mark as correct answer if this helped you.

Hi @jaheerhattiwale, sorry for the late response your approach didn't suitable for me because if I make a change in "Reference View" list layout it will affect all the "Reference View" of that table. My goal is to make some specific tables choose the an different view for opening the reference list popup. Changing the "Reference View" is not suitable for my situation

Hi sieusaopolo15,
Hope so you're doing fine,
it depends on the specific platform or software you are using. However, in many systems, it is possible to set default views for specific tables based on your preferences.
Typically, this can be achieved through customization or configuration options provided by the platform or software. You may need administrative or advanced user privileges to access these settings.
To set a default view for a specific table, you would typically navigate to the configuration or settings section related to the reference list popup or the table itself. From there, you can specify the desired default view, such as "ABC" for table "A" and "ABCD" for table "B".
It's important to consult the documentation or user guides specific to your platform or software for detailed instructions on how to customize the default views for reference lists. These resources should provide step-by-step guidance on accessing the relevant settings and making the necessary changes to meet your requirements.
Remember to save any changes you make and test the functionality to ensure that the default views are correctly triggered when using the reference list popup in the designated tables.
Hope so this will work for you!
Cheers,
Bryce June
