Change Request Data Exception?

Hello all, when I am adding features to a change request. I keep getting the warning message: General Data Exception detected by database. Specifically for user_id column. Does anybody know why or know of a fix for this warning message?

Go to Plugins, search for 'Change Management' and install or repair it. It will now properly function

when form is opening or some action is done in form? trying to save etc?

I have a related list for features. It typically happens when I add the features to the change records in the related list. I get these errors. Not just "user_id" its also for "relation".
