I was given a task to measure the RFC Duration Review.
I was able to generate a report from ServiceNow via Change Request Metric, but I need to get the actual duration for each approver or resource group for each Change Request ticket.
Is there a possible way to pull up such report from SNow, that has been my challenge to get specific duration for each approval / review.
