Change Request Risk Assessment - How to move between instances?

Hello,

Is there a way to migrate a risk assessment from one environment to another?  Is is not captured in an update set, nor via XML, from my testing.  Must is be rebuilt in each environment?

Thank you,

Laurie

Well, after many tries, including SN Tech support, I did a bit of a non-best practice stuff.  I created a new update set in TEST, updated the OOB Change Risk Assessment with our customizations.  Closed the update set, and merged it with the update set we will use to implement to production....and it worked.  Not saying this is the way to do this, but we are in a time crunch with a hard go live date.  So, the work around worked...

The only thing I did differently in DEV, was to create a new Change Risk Assessment, and set OOB to Draft, and published mine.  According to the wiki, we should be able to have more than one Risk Assessment, but I was unable to get it to work.  We won't be using different assessments any time soon.

Just thought I would share the work around.

Thanks,

Laurie

Are you using the Legacy or the new survey assessment?

both should be captured using update sets.

We are using the new survey assessment.  I disabled OOB, and created a new one.

Thanks,

Laurie
