Good Morning,
In the Tokyo release, when you send an email from within a change request, should it post in the notes section on the change request it is sent from?

So in Tokyo the Filter activity fields for emails have changed to:
Emails - autogenrated
Emails - correspondnace
In San Diego it was just:
Sent/Received emails
We have just upgraded to Tokyo and it worked as expected without us having to change anything but we noticed the difference in the choices.

Yes as standard all emails sent will show in the Activity log. If they are not check you have the entry for email is switched on (checked) in your Activity filter:
If they are not there at all, scroll to the bottom of the Filter Activity and select Configure available fields and add the field you want.

One more question, was this a new feature in the Tokyo release? I thought in other releases, they were working .
