Change Request should go with the three levels of Approver

Hi, 

While creating a change request, first level of approver should be trigger to Assignment group, 2nd level of approver should be trigger to Change Manager and 3rd level of approver should be trigger to Cab approver for normal change.

Please help me to solve this issue.
