Change Risk Assessment - How to make each question mandatory?

Hi,

Right now, our users are able to complete the Risk Assessment without answering all of the questions. How do I make providing an answer to each Change Risk Assessment question required?

Thanks for the responses. I figured out how to set each question on the Risk Assessment to mandatory. I had to update the Assessment Metrics field 'mandatory' to true.

Hi @cynlink1

You can create UI Policy on Change Request table and configure all risk assessment question mandatory under UI Policy Action.
