Hi Team,
We have requirement on "Change Management " to configure Risk Assessment, i have used OOB Risk Assessment and made copy of that Risk assessment and configured Risk Assessments Questions based on Client requirement and Written Business Rule to calculate Risk based on the core provided.
Such that now whenever Risk Assessment is Submitted for existing Risk questions changed then Risk Field on the change is set to LOW, Medium and High, which is all working in Native view
In Service operation Workspace view i am not able to See Risk Assessment functionality and Questions which i have configured,
Could you please provide me Solution how to get Risk Assessment and Questions which i have added in SOW view.
