Change stuck in assess mode after approval

Good afternoon everyone 🙂
I have a question. Lately we get quite a lot of changes that does not make it to the Workbench even though it was approved on time. Is it a bug in the Washington release? Some changes seem to get stuck in 'Assess'.

We are on Washington and haven't had that issue. Is the state of the Change Request getting updated after the approval? I would check your Change Models and see if there's an answer there. Or maybe in your Change Policy.

No it stays in Assess. Thanks for the advice, I will have a look. I will check the changes next week as they are being logged to see if one of them are stuck and then update this post with a screenshot for better understanding.

You may want to check your Change Model State Transition rules and see if there might be something preventing it from moving on.
