change the default logo and background image in ESC

Hello Everyone,

We would like to replace the logo and background image in ESC with ours.

Could anyone let me know where are these images stored.I could not find it in system images.

Hi @Renu4 ,

 

You can change the background color and image of the Service Portal in the Service Portal Designer by following the steps below.

  1. Make sure you are in the Global application scope
  2. Navigate to Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration
  3. Click Designer
  4. Use the filter to find the Service Portal "landing" page and open it
  5. Select the outermost Container
  6. Click Edit (the pencil icon)
  7. Change the background color in the Background color field or upload an image in the Background image field
  8. Click Save

Hi @Renu4 ,

 

The images are stored in db_image table and the size of file an be anything. But for resolution of images it will vary.

 

ESC background image size is 1440 X 600 px.

Logo will be 200*50px may be.

Well how do i navigate to page in designer option.

I am not finding it.
