change the header and footer

Hello All,

i would like to know where do i change the logo of service now in an email notification sent to the user.I would like to add our company logo.

I would also remove the subscribe and unsubscribe link provided there.

In the footer i would like to add our content.

Kindly find the image below for better understanding.

Hi @Renu4 

The email layout you're referring to is an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Email Layout. You can access it at the following URL:

https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/sys_email_layout.do?sys_id=9d3d6f8777823010f088a0e89e5a997f
Name: Employee notification layout

 

Also be careful when you make changes to an Email Layout, it will impact all notifications where it is being used.
