Change User Language in Service Portal

I am looking for a way to change the user's session language within the Service Portal, similar to the gear icon method on the backend. Anyone know of a way to do this before I start creating a custom widget?

After searching the Widget table, it looks like they recently added an OOB widget called Language Switch which has an ID of sp-lang-switch that does just this.
