The popular knowledge articles widget section displays the 8 most used kb articles from the self-service knowledge base in the past 90 days in the employee center portal.
can anyone help me on this.

why 8 if the OOTB grid is 3x3?
Do you want to show the most popular articles per user, per location, or from ALL the articles. And also, how do you define the popularity - based on helpful, ratings, comments, ...?
I believe there might be some OOTB widget for this, no?

It's for all users and the articles are viewed in the past 90days and they are from the self-service knowledge base, i think we can take like view count in the past 90days

ServiceNow provides several OOTB widgets for Knowledge Articles. As per your requirement "Knowledge MostViewed Articles" widget will be the best fit.
